Kanye West’s shelved television show, reportedly inspired by Larry David’s Curb Your Enthusiasm, has resurfaced with the release of its pilot episode on YouTube.

The show, tentatively titled A Little Inappropriate, was a project Kanye West had pitched to HBO in the early 2000s. In an earlier report by Far Out Magazine, it was revealed that West expressed his desire to create a show modeled after the comedic style of Larry David’s hit series. Hearing about West’s aspirations, Curb Your Enthusiasm director Larry Charles joined forces with the rapper to develop the pilot episode.

The pilot revolves around West’s character visiting a fan as part of the Make-A-Wish foundation, only to later discover that the fan wasn’t actually sick. Alongside West, the episode features appearances by Don C, GLC, and Curb Your Enthusiasm stars Jeff Garlin and JB Smoove. Wyatt Cenac, who also appeared in the pilot, shared that while West acknowledged his lack of improvisational skills, he took inspiration from a Jerry Seinfeld quote about surrounding oneself with talent and remained hopeful that the project could evolve into something genuinely funny.
